OEA Rules and Regulations 

1. The parent is responsible for bringing the child to the Centre on time and picking him / her up.
   The child is not allowed to leave the Center for any reason until the parent picks him / her up.
2.  Parents must submit the child birth certificate and a copy of their national ID or anyone allowed to pick
   the child up from the academy with application.
3. If a child is absent for more than 4 sessions of the course then he/she should take Makeup Sessions to
   cover what he/she has missed. The Director of Studies determines the number and times of the makeup
   sessions. Each makeup session is 1 hour with extra fees.
4. If a child completes a level or conducts a Placement Test then takes more than three months to join the
   academy for personal reasons then the child must re-do the Placement Test.
5. Parents must follow up on their child’s Home Work for the child’s experience to be complete.
6. If the child shows up 1 hour late or left 1 hour early to the session, he/she is considered absent.
7. If for any reason the child cannot make it on the day of the exam, then a second exam is scheduled
   with extra fees.
8. The child receives a certificate of completion after Show and Tell levels and another one after Oxford
   Discover Levels. The child is not allowed to receive the certificate of completion unless he/she
   completes the last level in each stage.
9. Application and Placement Test fees are non-refundable. Also, the levels fees are non-refundable
10.  The parent MUST inform the Academy if the child has any mental or health problems.
